Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy on first-time orders only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your initial order to request a refund of up to a maximum of $50 USD. Refunds exclude shipping and handling costs, VAT, and duties. We do not offer refunds on subsequent orders, and if you have a subscription you may cancel it at any time through your account.  To request a refund or to get help with cancelling your account, please email us at support@myfloris.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
